Funny story: Gupsy Bites wasn’t originally supposed to be a blog.
Years ago, I used to bake and sell cookies, and when it came time to buy a domain name, “Gupsy Bites” felt like the perfect fit. It was cute, memorable, and most importantly, available.
As life evolved, so did my interests. Alongside baking came nursing, teaching, gaming, content creation, productivity systems, VTubing, and a growing collection of hobbies. Eventually, I realized that baking was just one of many ways I enjoyed creating and sharing things.
Sadly, the cookie shop never really became a cookie shop. Instead, Gupsy Bites grew into a space that reflects all the different parts of who I am. Here, you’ll find NCLEX and nursing tips, cozy gaming adventures, productivity experiments, personal projects, and the occasional deep dive into whatever has captured my attention lately.
The name still fits, though. Every post, guide, review, and life update is another small “bite”—a crumb trail of interests, experiences, and things I’ve learned along the way. So while Gupsy Bites isn’t really a cookie shop, it’s still built on the same idea that inspired it in the first place: creating something worth sharing.

This Gupsy is a workaholic android VTuber trying to master a strange human concept called “rest.” Built to optimize everything, she escapes into cozy indies, shooters, and the occasional zombie apocalypse to practice slowing down.
She has a well-documented commitment issue, which explains both her love of game demos and her tendency to disappear into stream hiatuses.
GUPSY BOSS
This Gupsy is the one that remains after the “Big Cookies” are accounted for.
When gaming belongs to GupsyBabe and years of nursing, teaching, and studying find their home in Pocket Nursing, what’s left are the crumbs—the thoughts, feelings, and moments that don’t neatly fit into a category.
Crumbs from the Cookie Jar is where those pieces live.
GUPSY NURSE
This Gupsy is a US-registered nurse who genuinely loves studying, learning, and breaking down nursing concepts in a way that actually makes sense.
Beyond academics, Gupsy strongly believes that success in nursing does not require burnout. Studying can be intentional without being exhausting, and progress can be made without sacrificing mental well-being.
